Global Support Centre
Located in NOIDA, India, Inventum provides 24x7 remote support to our global customer base from this central facility. The same facility also houses our core engineering team which is easily accessible to our support agents. This proximity of support and engineering helps Inventum better address customer escalations and provide faster turn around times.
Inventum also offers managed services for select customers from the NOIDA location.
Return to Factory
Customers advised to RMA equipment are required to fill out the Return Material Advise and post approval send the material to the NOIDA facility. Non Indian customers are required to seek import clearances before making RMA shipments to Inventum.
